Shipping to West Malaysia is free for all orders.
Dainty-Crafts ships Domestic orders in Malaysia via EasyParcel Shipping, and their partner courier services (Poslaju, Nationwide Express and Skynet).
For International Orders parcels are delivered via Aramex Express Delivery Service.
How soon will my order be shipped out?
Jewelry Dishes can take up to 7 days to be made (depending on difficulty of personalization) after an order has been placed. Once the dishes are ready, they will be shipped out right away.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email within 1-2 working days, containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily, and quickly locate the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at: happyhelp@daintycrafts.com
Estimated delivery times are as below :
Domestic: 2-4 working days. Rural areas may take longer.
International: up to 7 working days. (Please allow for local destination customs processing time)
Where do you ship to and how much is shipping?
As of now we only ship to Malaysia and Singapore
Rates are a flat rate and not based on weight.
